Assistant Property Manager
Nikita
Nikita is an Assistant Property Manager with more than a year and a half of experience in residential property management. He holds a certification in property management and actively supports daily building operations, including tenant relations, leasing coordination, move-ins and operational support.
Known for his availability, professionalism and hands-on approach, Nikita works to provide tenants with a positive experience while helping ensure properties operate smoothly. His strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in dynamic environments make him a valuable member of the management team.

André
With more than 10 years of experience in property management and customer service, André stands out for his leadership, proactive approach and ability to optimize operations.
Having held management roles with major real estate companies, he has solid expertise in team management, tenant relations, residential leasing and process improvement.
Passionate about real estate and recognized for his professionalism, he actively contributes to providing superior service to the clients and partners of Gestion JL Immobilier.
Leasing Coordinator
Mégane
Mégane Bastien holds a master’s degree in law with a specialization in intellectual property. For eight years, she worked in the audiovisual sector, where she was responsible in particular for ensuring that television and radio networks, as well as digital platforms, complied with their legal and contractual obligations.
Deeply committed to human relationships, she chose to move beyond the purely intangible nature of intellectual property and toward a more hands-on area of law. She also specialized in enforcement proceedings and issues related to commercial and civil leases.
This experience naturally led her to real estate. At Gestion JL Immobilier, in her role as Leasing Coordinator, her combined legal and interpersonal expertise enables her to approach every file with rigor and a personal touch, while maintaining a constant focus on tenant satisfaction.

Julien
Julien Lu, CPA, is the founder of Gestion JL Immobilier, a firm specializing in property management.
Julien has worked in property management for more than 10 years. He holds a Certificate in Professional Property Management from McGill University as well as the CPA designation. Early in his career, he developed strong financial expertise in the real estate industry, notably as Director of Accounting at one of Canada’s largest property management firms.
In 2020, building on this experience, Julien founded Gestion JL Immobilier to provide property owners and real estate developers with professional and rigorous support. Today, he combines expertise in property management, real estate investment and specialized real estate accounting. This operational and financial perspective enables him to assess opportunities carefully and ensure transparent management of the properties under the firm’s care.
Controller
Saurav Gautam
Saurav Gautam brings nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate accounting and financial management. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive experience overseeing the financial reporting of diverse commercial real estate portfolios, leading accounting teams, strengthening financial processes and controls, and working closely with property management, asset management, ownership groups and external stakeholders.
Prior to joining Gestion JL Immobilier, Saurav progressed through increasingly senior roles in property accounting, most recently serving as Manager, Property Accounting at Canderel, where he was responsible for a significant portfolio of commercial properties and led a team of accounting professionals.
As Controller at Gestion JL Immobilier, Saurav oversees the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions and plays an active role in developing the processes, controls and financial infrastructure required to support the company’s continued growth.
He is known for his collaborative leadership style, attention to detail and practical approach to solving complex financial and operational challenges.
